SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK
Orders are shipped via courier. Orders are fully trackable and you will receive notification of the time of delivery (within an hour window).
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UK
Orders are shipped with either Royal Mail or courier. The cheapest and most suitable option will be selected for you at checkout.
Orders shipped outside of the EEC may be subject to duties or taxes. Please consult the relevant documentation and guidelines in the country to which the order will be shipped.
Any additional charges borne by us from non payment of customs or duties will be deducted from the refund value of your order once the item is returned.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
If you would like to exchange your goods for something of equal value or a different size then please contact us and we will gladly help.
As outlined by the Consumer Contract Regulations, you have a statutory 'cooling off' period of 14 calender days from the day that you receive your goods, in which time, if you require a refund of goods, you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us and a full refund will be given on receipt of goods by us. Any domestic shipping charges on the original order will also be refunded.
Goods sold outside of the EU are not covered by the Consumer Contract Regulations and will be subject to the consumer rights applicable in your country.
If you should choose to return a product to us by providing notification within the cooling off period, then the return delivery costs will be borne by the you (the customer).
All refunds are made at the sole discretion of management.
