This is an early Diana/Original Model 35
Diana’s were marketed as either Diana or Original. In this case the rifle is stamped Diana, the scope is stamped Diana.
These were produced from the 1950s, and they started date stamping them in the early 60s. This one doesn’t have a date stamp, so it’s a 50s model.
Very good condition for it’s age, a few light scratches but nothing major. The leather breach seal has corroded, these are cheap and easy to replace. About a fiver on ebay. Rifling is in good condition, no barrel issues
Marketed as 550fps, you can get 580 with the right pellets. I was getting 2 inch groupings at 30 yards, but I’m not a regular shooter and that’s with no maintenance.
A nice historic piece, very comfy to shoulder and sight, little recoil. Suitable as it is for an adult or teenager starter gun, but has potential with an experienced owner to put some love into it.
Price is negotiable for a quick sale, happy for you to test it on the shed door.
