Widely renowned as the South West's top coach, Rob is the head coach at Wylye Valley where the birds/targets are known for their height and incredible distances. A former AA class shot now retired from competitions has 45 years of shooting experience and knowledge behind him which has not gone unnoticed by some of the biggest names in shooting.
Both Ian Coley MBE (GB Olympic coach) and Richard Faulds (multiple world and Olympic champion) have chosen Rob to coach at their shooting grounds along with most of the shooting grounds in the south west.
IPC media's Shootinguk (www.shootinguk.co.uk) has chosen Rob as their resident coach on their shooting website which includes top magazines Shooting Times, Sporting Gun, Shooting Gazette and The Field.
In Game Season Rob can be seen on the peg both loading and coaching with clients from all over the world who have to book him well in advance for his services.
Rob also has an envied reputation amongst male coaches/instructors of being the resident coach on several "ladies only" shooting websites as he has a unique understanding of how women see the targets/birds and need to address them. Therefore he has a large following of women clients.
