FCT Sunday Shoots

Fair Clay Targets hold monthly events in the Norfolk area to suit all levels of expertise, ability and budget, using new Promatic automatic traps to simulate the capabilities of every type of target.

We go to a variety of locations such as woodland, quarries and open land where we set up various layouts;

Team Flush – You and a team mate can experience the challenge of pitting your wits and expertise against randomly set targets over a given time. Once the button is pressed out come the targets, who knows where from so you need to have your wits about you and work as a team. Feel the adrenaline rush as you fire, break targets, re-load, pick up the next target and take the shot. As close to real game shooting you can get without the birds and beaters, but with all the thrill.

Pool Shoot – Usually set with three traps which will fire in different combinations on rapport and simultaneously. This event is very competitive and addictive, often leading to a final shoot out to decide the winner.

English Sporting – Each stand has two traps set to mimic every type of target, from teal to rabbit.

Sport Trap – Five shooters line up together, each takes it in turn to fire at the five targets in front of them, when the fifth shooter has completed, everyone moves on a stand until everyone has shot at every target.
