Thank you for stopping by!

My name is Katie-Louise and I am the gears behind Florence & Lavender. I am a true country girl and love creating bespoke gifts with a hint of country charm. I live in a rural thatch cottage with my son, border collie & a flock of bantam chickens.

With a background in design, I began creating a few pieces to sell in late 2019 and things soon took off. There quickly became a demand for my products and it was in the beginning of early 2020 when I really threw my heart and soul in to this.

My son often helps me pack up orders to take down the post office which so happens to be in the local farm shop, thus usually means purchasing cake whilst we are in there (it'd be rude not to!)

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • All orders are shipped within 2 - 3 business days.
  • All orders are shipped using tracked services.
  • Instructions on how to track your parcel will be included in your shipment confirmation email.
  • Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday.
  • If you are concerned about your order or have a question, please do not hesitate to contact us.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Our shipping costs are calculated on the weight of your order. Once you select the destination country - the cost and most appropriate carrier will be calculated.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

  • Orders are shipped via courier. Orders are fully trackable and you will receive notification of the time of delivery (within an hour window).

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UK

  • Orders are shipped with either Royal Mail or courier. The cheapest and most suitable option will be selected for you at checkout.
  • Orders shipped outside of the EEC may be subject to duties or taxes.  Please consult the relevant documentation and guidelines in the country to which the order will be shipped.
  • Any additional charges borne by us from non payment of customs or duties will be deducted from the refund value of your order once the item is returned.

Refund Policy

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND?

If you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact us. All returns should be sent to use using trackable means. Please ensure that all items are sent back in the same condition in which they were received. We adhere strictly to all guidelines of the UK Consumer Contract Regulations (2014). CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

If you would like to exchange your goods for something of equal value or a different size then please contact us and we will gladly help.

YOUR RIGHTS

As outlined by the Consumer Contract Regulations, you have a statutory 'cooling off' period of 14 calender days from the day that you receive your goods, in which time, if you require a refund of goods, you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us and a full refund will be given on receipt of goods by us.  Any domestic shipping charges on the original order will also be refunded. Goods sold outside of the EU are not covered by the Consumer Contract Regulations and will be subject to the consumer rights applicable in your country. If you should choose to return a product to us by providing notification within the cooling off period, then the return delivery costs will be borne by the you (the customer). All refunds are made at the sole discretion of management.
